The lovely Char at Essential Keystrokes put up a post today that sent the hugest smile to my face :D

She’s taken part in the tradition of “Blogtipping” begun by Easton at Business Blogwire as a way to share new blogs with readers and give “kudos” to others. It takes place on the first of the month and includes any three blogs.

Char was so kind as to choose three of my blogs as her picks!

This month I have been introduced to an extremely talented blogger/designer named Lara. She has (at least) three blogs so I am going to tip each one of them – they definitely deserve the attention. And did I mention that Lara is just finishing up her senior year of high school? This girl has got a very bright future.

She did a run down of Blog What? Design, Crunchy Mustard, and this blog, The Desired.

I would like to introduce Blog What Design to the official world of blog design studios out there. Over the past month, I have been working non-stop to launch the site (funny I’ve been blogging more because of this eh?) and now it’s DONE.

So give it a whirl… I bring you:

I have decided to release this theme tonight (or this morning?), because I am really excited about it. I spent a lot of time adding some unique features to this design (many of which I have picked up from other blogs I absolutely adore) and have come up with the theme entitled ‘Save a Yellow Rose.’

There are a few minor glitches still (CSS problems with IE – can anyone help?, Validation, RSS, & a few missing features for the sidebar) hence my hesitation on releasing it. Overall though, I really like it… I think this is my favorite design yet.

On top of it all I am experiencing computer trouble once again. Currently I have my hard drive hooked up to my sister’s computer. It should be sent away for work tomorrow morning.

Finally, after tedious testing in IE to get the CSS just right for that broken browser and such, (everyone please just go download Firefox) the new design is ready! The theme is entitled Where’s Santa based on the title of the image I used for this design. You’ll notice a lot of awesome plugins with this theme with more to come, be sure to check them all out. If you notice any bugs or display mishaps, please let me know by commenting here. Thanks a bunch!

Ahhh! A new design is coming for all to enjoy. It’s in testing right now, with this very post. :P

After a lot of tedious work with finding backups of the databases, fixing the design, and uploading everything, I’m back! Hopefully we won’t have anything like this happen again, but in the meantime, I’m glad to be back blogging!

I know the website hasn’t been working correctly for the past week, and I know it isn’t so you all can stop telling me :P It will be like this for a few more days, the problem was with the namservers. I have to also register new name servers under this domain, as I list my other domain.

I just installed TheDesired.NET’s very own Radio Blog! I decided to put it in a pop up, firstly for those who just don’t want the music, and also, every time you change the page the music won’t reset. :p

All of the music on my Radio Blog is streamed directly off of TheDesired.NET. I will be adding all my mp3’s as soon as I can convert them to the special format for streaming.

Right now I just have some stuff on there like, some music from Oh Brother Where Art Thou? to an awesome Benny Benasi song, Satisfaction. I am also going to put on there B. Spear’s new song Mona Lisa. It takes a few times to like it…. hahaha.

The White Ninja Comics should be a staple in everyone’s daily reading… even if you don’t do any of it at all. The comics are wonderfully random, and will make you giggle like a little girl.
