Take a look: It’s the Mrs. World competition in St. Petersburg Russia. An angel comes down from the sky, crowns the wrong woman, and chaos ensues!

Mrs. Russia, who is 18 years old, won the competition. She is married to Sergei Veremeenko, who is a former presidential candidate for the Republic of Bashkortostan, a bigwig in Russian Coal and onetime managing director of Russia’s fourth biggest bank, Mezhprombank. He’s ranked #82 on Oligarch.net’s Golden 100 ranking of rich Russians, worth $560 million, and has had numerous wives before… even two at the same time. There’s Russian big-wigs for ya’.

The makers of Stilton’s blue cheese have crossed markets and have created their own blue cheese perfume.

‘Eau de Stilton‘ says it “recreates the earthy and fruity aroma” of the cheese “in an eminently wearable perfume”. Right.

The perfume blended by a Manchester-based company features a “symphony of natural base notes including yarrow, angelica seed, clary sage and valerian”. The perfume is being produced in an effort to convince more people into buying Stilton’s blue cheese.

Nigel White, of the Stilton Cheesemakers’ Association, states that “Blue Stilton cheese has a very distinctive, mellow aroma and our perfumier was able to capture the key essence of that scent and recreate it in what is an unusual but highly wearable perfume.”

I think Brian Fantana should add this to his closet of scents right alongside Sex Panther.

It’s Marilyn Monroe’s 80th this day today.

Marilyn Monroe is one of the 20th century’s most famous sex symbols, movie stars, and pop icons. Her acting in many small roles led to her gradual stardom; known for her sex appeal, beauty, and jaw-dropping presence, she became a star during the 1950s. However, the glamorous star died at an extremely young 36 years old. Marilyn was quoted once as saying the following:

“I want to grow old without face-lifts…I want to have the courage to be loyal to the face I have made. Sometimes I think it would be easier to avoid old age, to die young, but then you’d never complete your life, would you? You’d never wholly know yourself.”

Sadly this was all too true for Marilyn Monroe. The circumstances surrounding her death have been subject to endless speculation and conspiracy theories. However, this has only helped to solidify her reputation as one of the most legendary public figures of all time.
